U.S. equities continued their climb upward last week with strong momentum on the back of positive economic data, primarily an upward revision of second quarter GDP growth from 4.1% to 4.2%, as well as the bilateral trade agreement between the U.S. and Mexico to restructure NAFTA.

Last week marked the current bull market run as the longest in U.S. stock market history as the S&P 500 surpassed the previous 3,453 day expansion record on Wednesday.

Global equities rose broadly last week on indications of improving trade relations between the U.S. and China, as well as potential initial signs of stability in Turkey’s currency.
