With Savings Center, you can:

  • Move money from checking to savings one time or on a recurring schedule
  • Use Round Ups to keep saving as part of everyday eligible debit card activity
  • Track progress toward your goals in online and mobile banking

Giving Center makes generosity part of everyday banking. You can support causes you care about through one-time gifts, recurring donations, or Round Ups.

With Giving Center, you can:

  • Donate directly one time
  • Set up recurring donations
  • Split Round Ups between savings and giving
  • View donation history when you need it

The Savings & Giving Centers are a digital banking experience that helps you save, set goals, move money, and give back.
Log in to First Merchants online or mobile banking and look for Round Ups, Savings Center, or Giving Center.
Yes. You can make one-time donations or set up recurring donations in Giving Center.
Round Ups can round eligible debit card purchases to the nearest dollar and move the difference to savings, giving, or both.
Yes. You can set savings goals and track your progress in Savings Center.
Yes. You can move money from checking to savings one time or on a recurring schedule. 
You do not have to choose just one. You can customize where Round Ups go, including savings, giving, or both.
If you have chosen to designate 100% of the Round Up to savings, but do not have enough funds to round up, a transfer will not be completed.
