About Brian

Brian brings more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held key roles in Commercial Lending, Private Mortgage Insurance, and Retail Mortgage Lending. In 2026, he joined First Merchants Bank as the Director of Mortgage Sales, where he leads the mortgage sales division across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

While managing a multi‑state sales team, Brian continues to work directly with homebuyers and homeowners. He is licensed in all 50 states and committed to helping clients find the right loan solution—wherever they are. In addition to supporting first‑time buyers with access to community grants, down payment assistance programs, and competitive financing options, Brian also helps current homeowners refinance, tap into equity, or move up to their next home with confidence.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Management, Brian grew up in a family deeply rooted in the mortgage banking and financial services community. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife, Crissy, chasing their three boys—Jack, Parker, and Cam—to hockey rinks, baseball fields, and any activity they may be involved in at the moment.

Brian is also an active community leader. He volunteers with the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, where he served as the Southeast Michigan Chapter President in 2025. In addition, he coaches youth baseball with the South Oakland A’s organization, continuing his passion for developing young athletes on and off the field.
