  • System conversion is when your accounts, debit cards, checks, online banking, and other services transition fully to First Merchants’ systems. 

    Ahead of conversion, you can expect: 

    • A detailed welcome guide 
    • New debit cards (if applicable) 
    • Instructions for online and mobile banking enrollment 
    • Any product or service updates
