What is the last day to schedule a payment or make changes in bill pay?
  • Online Bill payment will experience an outage from 5 p.m. EST (4 p.m. CST) on the Friday before launch weekend until you log into the new solution after it becomes available. Please add any necessary payees and schedule payments before the outage begins or wait until the new solution launches.

    IMPORTANT: If you are a multi-pay online bill payment entity client, we will email you additional specific details regarding your bill payment. Beginning at 5 p.m. EST (4 p.m. CST) the Friday before launch weekend Online Bill payment will be unavailable for the weekend while we move to the new solution.

    Any payments scheduled for dates after Friday, May 3rd at 5 p.m. EST (4 p.m. CST) will not be transferred to the new solution. Please add any new payees before Friday, May 3rd at 5 p.m. EST (4 p.m. CST). You currently have separate subsidiaries/entities under the parent company. At launch, the new solution will display all your payees under your parent company. At launch, you will have access to historical online bill payment information for your parent organization. If you need online bill payment historical information for your subsidiaries, please make note of this information as you will no longer have access to these details.
