Please provide as much detail as possible about the accounts or transactions in question including dates and account or transaction numbers along with any additional information you may be aware of.
Unfortunately, fraud-related schemes associated with COVID-19 are on the rise, including a text scam. Fraudsters try to take advantage of times like this. Please be extra careful and aware. First Merchants will never make an unsolicited request for any
confidential information from you via email or phone call or require that you update your account details on a Web page. Do not respond to or click on links from unsolicited emails, and do not provide confidential information on an unsolicited phone call.
