1 Rates may vary by zip code and for accounts opened online. Offer effective as of May 15, 2025 and is subject to change. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 4.30% is available for the first 180 days with a $10,000 minimum opening deposit of new money to First Merchants Bank, or $10,000 or more from a matured Certificate of Deposit at First Merchants Bank, into a new Money Market account with an Elite checking account, or 4.25% APY without an Elite checking account. Balances of less than $10,000 will earn 0.01% APY. Rates are tiered based on account balance, subject to change and determined by the bank. New money is money not currently on deposit at FMB or money that has been deposited in the past 180 days. Fees may reduce earnings. Public funds are not eligible. Offer may be withdrawn by bank at any time.

2 Monthly maintenance fee waived for statement cycles where you maintain an open First Merchants Elite or First Merchants Advantage account.  If you have an open First Merchants Elite or First Merchants Advantage account and receive the $10 monthly maintenance fee on the Money Market account, the fee will be refunded on the next statement cycle.
