Our online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking will have service interruptions on Saturday, August 27. You may be unable to access your account balance or transfer funds during this time.
Some retailers may place a hold of funds equal to your transaction before the purchase is complete. These holds will impact your available funds. Consider using a credit card for hotel and rental car reservations and purchases at gas stations, restaurants,
salons, and other services that you would typically add gratuity to your total.
While our Customer Service line will be open to receive and answer your questions, balance inquiries and fund transfers will be unavailable through Customer Service Saturday, August 27.

To ensure you can manage your money through the possible service interruptions without unnecessary stress, here are a few things you can do to prepare on or before August 26:
- Take note of your account balance and make balance transfers if needed to ensure sufficient funds are available for the weekend.
- Keep track of your transactions throughout the weekend so you have a good idea of your account balance.
- Consider withdrawing enough cash to cover your planned purchases instead of using your debit card that weekend.
- Speak with your attentive local banker if you are not sure about what to do in a specific situation.
