CNB 2013 Economic Forecast a Notable Event

COLUMBUS, Ohio - At Commerce National Bank’s 2013 Economic Forecast, held at the OSU 4-H Center on January 23, more than 100 attendees gave their attention to Jim Newton as he gave his final Economic Forecast. Tom McAuliffe, Founder and Former CEO of CNB, honored Jim with a gift to commemorate the start of his retirement from Chief Economic Advisor beginning this June. Jennifer Griffith, current President and CEO, reminded attendees that CNB will continue to host this event with a new economist beginning in 2014.

Fake correspondence, allegedly issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) regarding funds that are supposedly under the control of the OCC and other government entities is being distributed by criminals via e-mail, fax, and postal mail. Any document claiming that the OCC is involved in holding any funds for the benefit of any individual or entity is fraudulent and should not be responded to. The OCC does not participate in the transfer of funds for any person or entity.
