The caller, which may be a computer automated call, identifies themselves as a representative of First Merchants Bank and is calling to tell the customer that there is an issue with their debit card and proceeds to ask for the debit card number and expiration date.
MUNCIE, Ind. - Chad Shelly, Banking Center Manager at First Merchants' Madison Street location, was recently awarded the Citizenship Award from the City of Muncie. The city betowed the award for Shelly's work with Interlock and the East Central Indiana autism community.
