COLUMBUS, Ohio - We are pleased to announce that Commerce National Bank’s Operation Feed campaign earned the Award of Excellence from the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. This award is given to companies that meet two of the three following criteria: 40% growth in meals gathered over the prior year, at least 50 meals per capita, or a 25,000 meal increase over prior year.
COLUMBUS, Ohio - Commerce National Bank partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio to help provide the Littles with much needed school supplies. On Saturday, August 11th Big Brothers Big Sisters held their annual Big/Little Summer Festival at Whetstone Park.
The supplies collected by CNB employees went toward the needs of more than 400 students, who received the supplies needed for success in the classroom. Supplies were collected in marked boxes throughout the bank from July 16 to July 31.

. The two-hour drive through recycling event was another resounding success. Box trucks from Shred-It, Possitivity and the Waste Not Center loaded up items for safe, secure disposal.

This 2012 Community Day was held at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank in Grove City, Ohio, where CNB staff helped sort and pack food for senior citizens' meals.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Commerce National Bank held its annual Economic Forecast, featuring Dr. Jim Newton, Jan. 12 at the Ohio 4-H facility on the Ohio State University campus.
Dr. Newton, CNB’s Chief Economic Advisor, gave his 2011 economic wrap-up and a detailed forecast of what he anticipated the economic environment would be in central Ohio for 2012. Commerce clients and guests arrived early for breakfast and the networking opportunity, and a full house greeted Dr. Newton when he began speaking.
