It's easy to enroll in eStatements! The service is free and available to all Business Online Banking clients.
Note: If you are not yet a Business Online Banking customer, you will need
to sign up before you can access eStatements.
To sign up:
- Select the eStatements option during the Business Online Banking enrollment process
- Contact our Business Solutions team at 1.866.833.0050
To view your statements:
- Sign in to Business Online Banking (use the blue box to the left on this page)
- Choose 'View eStatements' under the 'Reports' tab
- Once you're signed up to receive eStatements, you will receive an email each time a new statement is available.
- If you choose eStatements, and any statements were previously bundled with another checking or savings account, the statements will then be delivered separately.
- Business eStatement requests from any owner/signer/Administrator will be accepted as the customer's statement delivery choice on behalf of all owners/signers/Administrators, and paper statements will be discontinued.
- Statements will be available in the eStatements Center for up to 18 months.
- If you would like to also receive paper statements for any of your accounts showing in eStatements, please contact Business Solutions at 1.866.833.0050. A monthly fee may apply for paper statements, depending on account type; the eStatement service is available at no charge.
