January 1, 2003, First Merchants Corporation formed First Merchants Trust Company uniting the trust and asset management services of all affiliate banks of the Corporation into one of the largest trust companies in the State of Indiana. With roots over 100 years old, First Merchants Trust Company serves the trust and investment management needs for individuals, families, businesses and not-for-profit organizations from five offices located throughout central Indiana and one in Columbus, Ohio.
