Banking Center Manager - Oxford, OH

Job Description: Promote the bank in the community, includes call regularly on established accounts; seek out new prospects; and participate actively in community affairs. Interview applicants for installment, small business and mortgage loans and refer to appropriate departments for credit decisions. Directly supervise banking center personnel, and oversee administrative aspects of the banking center. Perform as sales and service manager of the banking center. Prepare and maintain annual banking center budget.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess associates degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, supervision, or related field; plus, over three (3) through five (5) years of management, banking or related experience. Must also possess knowledge of banking center software and equipment; ability to adhere to bank-wide policies and procedures; ability to utilize sound judgment in making reasonable decisions; ability to maintain at least the minimum level of sales effectiveness; and ability to lead, motivate and direct banking center staff.

Hours: Vary, 8am – 5 pm Mon-Fri, 8am – Noon Saturday
