Sales & Service Representative - Connersville 9th St Banking Center, Richmond Region

Job Description: Greet and assist customers with a variety of services, includes act as financial advisor on all deposit instruments and refer customers to other bank personnel for additional services when necessary; cross-sell bank products and services; open deposit accounts and complete necessary paperwork; process account changes and transfers; sell U.S. Savings Bonds, cashier’s checks and money orders; assist customers with balancing their accounts; answer telephones and direct questions to appropriate bank personnel. May substitute Service Associate duties when needed. Serve as customer contact to other officers and departments.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess high school diploma or equivalent (GED), plus over three (3) through five (5) years teller experience. Must also possess knowledge of ATM and balancing function; ability to project a positive image in person and by telephone; ability to communicate through conversation; ability to adhere to bank policies and procedures; and ability to maintain at least the minimum level of sales effectiveness as set forth in banking center guidelines

Hours: Vary, 8:15am - 5:15pm M - F; rotate Sat (1-2 per month)
