Retail Operations Specialist - Retail Operations, Muncie

Job Description: Analyst overdraft items and determine resolution to return or reimburse. Process ACH exception items and analysis report. Analyze and process charge-back items. Balance general ledger accounts for charge-off accounts and process recoveries for ACH customers. Perform monetary transaction for operation functions. Verify stop payments and holds for branches. Verify and close debit/ATM cards for closed accounts.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess HS diploma plus eighteen (18) months of specialized training in accounting, business or related field, and over three (3) through five (5) years of banking experience. Must also possess knowledge of office equipment (personal computer, printer, adding machine, etc.); ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures; utilize good judgment in making reasonable decisions in the general course of work; and ability to learn the Horizon system.

Hours: 8am - 5pm M - F
