Research Specialist - Research & Adjustments, Daleville

Job Description: Research various inquiries and complete verifications as needed. Review tax levies; process check and complete appropriate general ledger forms; review child support orders; ensure customer has adequate funds, process check to courts, and complete appropriate general ledger forms; review IRS tax levies; research garnishments of accounts; verify deposits; research court orders and/or subpoenas.

Qualifications:  Successful candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent (GED); plus over one (1) through three (3) years of related customer service experience. Must be able to learn and meet changing conditions; communicate verbally; be detail-oriented; and learn and meet changing conditions.

Hours:  8am – 5pm Mon - Fri
