Payroll Specialist - Human Resources, Muncie

Job Description: Update payroll information for payroll and HR purposes within Pay4Win, HR/Perspective and eTime systems. Research and respond to simple and complex payroll related inquiries from Finance, employees, outside agencies, etc. Perform payroll recordkeeping and processing duties, includes process time entries; input and/or import hours worked for non-exempt employees; confirm and balance payrolls; and input monthly, quarterly and annual incentive figures. Prepare and distribute 45-day and 90-day reviews for new hires. Prepare and distribute exempt and nonexempt annual performance evaluation forms.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess associates degree or equivalent in business, management or related field; plus, over three (3) through five (5) years of payroll experience. Must also possess ability to learn and meet changing conditions in a fast-paced environment; ability to effectively utilize various office equipment and software packages (Excel, Word, Optima, etc.); ability to interact with individuals at various levels within the organization; and knowledge of current pay practices and regulations. Accounts Payable and additional banking experience preferred.

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
