Post Closing Processor - Mortgage Processing, Daleville

Job Description: Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely shipping and funding of completed residential loan packages. They will prepare loan packages for shipment to investors and review documents for proper vesting, legal description, closing dates and signatures. In addition, they will prepare packages for data entry to core system including preparation of boarding worksheet, secondary market funding worksheet and bar code mortgage loan files.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required and over one (1) to three (3) years of teller, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.

Hours: 8am - 5pm M - F
