Lead Service Associate - Carmel Banking Center

Job Description: Greet customers in a friendly manner and serve them at the lobby or drive-up window and by telephone, includes manage a fund of cash and process a wide variety of transactions on individual and commercial accounts. Cross-sell bank products and services, and refer customers to other bank personnel for additional services. Follow established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to minimize losses. Perform some sales & service representative duties. Contribute to overall branch operation.

Qualifications: Successful candidate must possess high school diploma or equivalent (GED), plus over three (3) through five (5) years teller experience with thorough knowledge and superior skills in performing the teller function. Flexibility in working hours required. Must also possess ability to maintain composure when dealing with a difficult customer; maintain a level of accuracy and quantity of work as set forth by supervisors; maintain knowledge of applicable policies, procedures and regulations; ability to project a positive image by person and by telephone.

Hours: Vary, 8:30am - 6pm M - F; 8:30am - Noon Sat (rotated); total hrs 40/wk
