Head Service Associate - Lafayette Station Banking Center

Job Description:

1.      Branch Cash Maintenance and Control:  Maintain money supply in the vault and at each Teller window.  Responsible for the security of money in the vault.  Maintain cash limits.  Open and close vault, handle large change orders, and paying and receiving functions.  Involved in all ATM functions.

2.      Teller Training and Supervision:  Train new Tellers on Branch procedures.  Supervise Tellers and do all scheduling.  Conduct monthly meetings.  Audit Tellers as needed.  Prepare daily Teller reports.  Collect bad checks cashed by Tellers.  Greet customers promptly and courteously.  Run teller window.  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Six months experience as a Teller with strong accuracy, balancing record, and attention to detail.  Thorough knowledge of cash handling and security procedures.  Bondable.

Hours: Vary, 35-40 hours per week
