Full-Time Service Associate - West Side Banking Center, Lafayette

Job Description:

Customer Service: Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate transaction processing. Communicate Bank products and services to customers as appropriate. Make customer service decisions as appropriate using good judgment.

Teller Functions: Accurately and efficiently process deposits and withdrawals, cash checks and bonds, process exchange items including money orders, officer checks, traveler checks, certified checks, etc. Accept and process payments. Process night deposits. Count coin and currency and band as needed. Balance daily transactions according to procedures. Maintain proper levels of cash and coin.

Qualifications: Good customer service skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Cash handling experience. Prior Teller experience preferred. Attention to detail. Bondable. Math aptitude. Accuracy. Effective communication. Good judgment.

Hours: Vary, Approx. 35-40 hrs/wk
