Business Development Officer - Personal Trust, Lafayette

Job Description: Participate and assist in the development of new business prospects and confer with potential customers. Assists in the administration of larger, more sensitive and high profile Personal Trust accounts. Supervise and assist local staff in business development. Serve as backup and assist Location Manager in assigned duties.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, management or related field, plus at least ten (10) years of previous experience as a personal trust officer or specific trust related experience. Must also possess ability to communicate at a high level of tact and confidentiality both in writing and verbally, and ability to grasp necessary personal trust concepts in investments, law, taxation, etc. Prior management experience is preferred.

Hours: 8am - 5pm M - F
