Director of Talent & Performance Management - Human Resources
Job Description: Position will provide an enhanced strategic focus on talent management activities, including performance management, recruitment strategies, employee training and development.
Qualifications: Successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in human resources, organizational development, management or related field; plus, over 8 years of organizational development, talent management or related training and development experience. Prefer individual with SPHR certification. Must have ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 8am - 5pm M - F
