Commercial Loan Officer - Commercial Lending, Muncie

Job Description: Extend credit to present and potential customers seeking loans for assorted purposes and on differing terms, both secured and unsecured, includes: Interview applicants and obtain information concerning their businesses, needs, abilities and earnings; obtain and analyze any pertinent financial data or appraise the adequacy of any collateral; determine status of loans, establish terms and make loans to present to Loan Committee; prepare credit memos for circulation and files; review and approve letters of credit as requested. Follow current loans to ensure complete conformity with terms and to be cognizant of any developing trends. Call on potential or existing customers as assigned and introduce customers to other departments when a service can be rendered. 

Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field, and over one (1) through three (3) years of related experience. Must also possess the ability to interact with individuals at various levels within the bank and customer base; ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment ; ability to manage difficult situations; ability to organize and prioritize work assignments; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
