Call Center Agent, Level I - Call Center, Daleville

Job Description: The successful candidate will provide in-bound telephone customer service for all customers of the corporation. They will answer customer questions regarding deposit products, time deposits, loans, ATM and EZ Check transactions and cards. They will resolve customer requests and issues involving initiate and send research requests, transfer telephone call to appropriate department or individual, initiate stop payments and enter in system, close accounts, refund fees, order ATM or EZ Check Cards, initiate unauthorized ACH dispute forms, initiate forms related to account, etc.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and one (1) to three (3) years of related customer service experience.

Hours: 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri; 9am - 1pm Saturday
