Assistant Banking Center Manager - Madison Street Banking Center

Job Description Supervise branch operations to ensure standards are adhered to, procedures are followed and branch operates efficiently. Provide customers with assistance and service on a wide variety of general banking matters, includes cross-sell additional bank products and services when appropriate. Extend credit to qualified borrowers within authorized limits for secured and unsecured commercial, installment credit or mortgage loans. Recognize and solicit new business opportunities. Assist in the supervision of branch personnel. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Successful candidate will possess high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and up to eighteen (18) months of specialized training or education beyond high school in a related field, plus over three (3) through five (5) years of related bank experience, including at least one (1) year lead or supervisory experience. Must thrive in a sales driven culture. Must also possess knowledge of Automated Teller Machine and balancing function; adhere to bank wide policies and procedures; ability to maintain at least minimum level of sales effectiveness as set forth in branch guidelines; and ability to lead and direct other branch personnel.

Hours: 8am - 6pm M - F; 8:30am - Noon Sat (rotated)
