Administrative Specialist - Commercial Lending, Winchester
Job Description: Prepare loan documents for lenders. Order title work, surveys, lien and record searches, credit reports and appraisals. File initial UCC financing statements and search for existing customer liens. Enter loan information into system upon loan closings, and prepare documents and transactions. Perform support duties, includes accept, place and screen telephone calls; prepare and complete banking transactions for customers; organize and handle meeting arrangements; prepare documents for distribution and materials for meetings; and type and proofread documents, memos, reports and statistical tables.
Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess high school diploma or equivalent (GED), plus over one (1) through three (3) years of administrative, loan processing or related experience. Must also possess knowledge of filing systems and procedures; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation; knowledge of banking operating and administrative policies; ability to compose documents utilizing various office equipment and programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); and ability to learn and effectively utilize bank systems (Horizon, Optima, etc.). Previous teller experience is preferred.
